The Beats Difference


Each element of the BEATS workout is designed to positively impact a woman's body as we BURN, ENERGIZE & TONE, SCULPT in a fun and supportive environment that makes the time fly by!

On the mat we work the body in a 360-degree way and keep your heart rate up with ankle weights. Both on the mat and during the arm series, we engage the small accessory muscles which strengthens your arms without adding bulk. Through an easy to follow dance routine, you will get an extra cardio burst and the class ends on the barre to get that final burn and shake. Routines are changed every 3 weeks, allowing you to learn the intricacy of the work, while not letting your body or brain get too comfortable with same routine.

Meet our instructors!

Sarah was introduced to BEATS Studio in 2022 shortly after moving to Columbia and immediately felt connected to the dynamic workout and close-knit community. Having studied classical ballet for most of her life, Sarah is thrilled to be a trainer with BEATS and have the opportunity to lead others on their fitness journeys. Naturally, given her ballet background, her favorite part of BEATS class is barre work because of the targeted and effective movements. In her classes, she emphasizes proper alignment and encourages modifications as a means to build strength. Most importantly, Sarah strives to make sure each BEATS client feels welcomed and valued. She cant wait to see you in class and share her passion for movement!

Abby is from Chapin, SC. She attended the University of South Carolina and was an ADPi during her time there. She is now a Third Grade teacher in Columbia! Abby enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and hanging out with friends and family. She love BEATS because it is the first workout that she really enjoyed and has fun doing - all while seeing amazing results! It is such a fun environment and she loves how great she feels after each workout!
