Kate grew up in Columbia,and graduated from Florida State University. Go Seminoles! She recently moved back to Columbia, and is now working as a nurse. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, traveling, training at BEATS, and cooking. Kate has a dance background, and fell in love with BEATS after her very first class! She loves the energy and full-body style workout the class offers and is so excited to get in the studio to spread the BEATS energy with everyone!
