Laura Jones

Laura is a certified personal trainer, group fitness trainer, and speed and agility coach with over 20 years of experience. She brings her expertise as a former strength and conditioning coach and competitive high school (two-time national championship team) and college cheerleader at The Citadel into her current training and coaching. She loves working with sports teams and individual athletes, and people of all ages to reach their performance goals. She loves teaching group fitness and Beats is the perfect place to bring her passion for hard work, fun, and team building together!
